Last time I showed you a challenge where you tried to invent headlines from a random set of initial letters.
This next " headine challenge" is slightly harder maybe... this time you use an existing headline to create a new one .... let's do an example ... up there is a headline for the Twin Towers disaster ... "chaos" .... we're going to try to make another headline for it using the same initial letter, "C" .... dyna ni ...
Some obvious ones to start with ... CYNI !
CYRCH !
CHWILBOETH !
CYTHRWFL !!!
A bit less obvious ... CACHGWN
CLADDFA
CIGYDDIAETH
CATIAU
COFGOLOFN
CODWM
Now that one was very serious ... not to be treated lightly or joked about... with this next one anything goes really .... plus, because there are two letters to play with you can often be more flexible
To start with the obvious, here's some using rysáit ( recipe) as the starter , but because it's feminine we would be a bit stuffed ( think about it) so I'm going to cheat slightly and use the plural form ryseitiau .... I'm being a bit of a smart-arse with the first one... "concrit " would be a bit too obvious ....
RYSEITIAU CALCHAIDD !
RYSEITIAU CHWITHIG !!
RYSEITIAU CALED !!!
RYSEITIAU CAM !!!!
RYSETIAU COMIG !!!!!
now some using other ideas ...
RWBEL CYTHREULIG !
RWYSTRODD COLYDDYN !!
RHYWBETH RHWYMOG !!!?
CYLLA RHWTH !!!!
I know the rh- words are a bit of a cheat, but only a little bit !
So ... time for you to do something ... here's some more headlines, from dinky little one-worders to honking great hulking ones... and remember you can be pretty free with your version of it...
