Making a haiku in Welsh is a fascinating thing to do, and accessible to most learners a bit above total beginner level. You don't even need to use a verb if you don't want to.
Here's a few examples ....
Merwindod rhyfedd
yn fy ymennydd cysglyd
hwn dydd Sul tywyll.
Mae dau aderyn
ar y silff ben tân, y ddau
dieithriaid, swil .
Weles i y haul
fel gwnaeth Galileo
gyda smotiau.
They can be about anything .. a passing mood like the first one, a situation, like the second, or a moment in time or through time, like the third.
