OK, you get the usual things ... they started early ( 6 or earlier), they studied hard, they were very strongly motivated, they've watched English films and TV etc .... but one of the most frequent and standout things is .... they listend to and sang along with English songs.
Let's face it, English songs are everywhere, and have been for years and years. Learning and singing along with songs in the target language is (a) fun, (b) valuable practice, (c) fun, (d) fun and (e) fun.
Sad to say, but Welsh-language music isn't quite that prolific, ubiquitous or in fact abundant but there is quite a bit of it about and quite a bit of that is good or better. One of my aims here is to show you the best of it, in my opinion anyway..
